For example, New Mexico has state income tax regulations – while Texas does not. However, residential real estate taxes are considerably higher in El Paso than they are in Santa Teresa. Santa Teresa’s economy is directly linked to El Paso and Cd. Juarez, Mexico. The Santa Teresa Industrial Park is home to dozens of businesses. There is only limited retail development in Santa Teresa at this time – though that market is also growing. Santa Teresa is a part of the Gadsden School District in Southern New Mexico. Elementary, Middle and High Schools are all a part of the Santa Teresa Community. |
